6-Week Drop Two Sizes Challenge
1. Commitment and Accountability:
You must commit to the full 6-week challenge.
Attend a minimum of 90% of the scheduled training sessions.
Keep a weekly fitness and nutrition journal to track progress.
2. Nutrition Guidelines:
Follow the provided nutrition plan closely.
Strictly adhere to portion control and avoid excessive cheat meals.
Maintain a balanced diet throughout the challenge.
3. Workouts and Training:
Attend all scheduled training sessions
Put in maximum effort during every workout.
No more than two consecutive rest days
4. Monitoring and Progress:

Body measurements were taken at the beginning and end of the challenge.
5. Hydration and Rest:
Consume an adequate amount of water daily.
Ensure a minimum of 7 hours of sleep per night.

7. Forfeiture and Refunds:
- To be eligible for a refund, participants must complete the full six weeks.
Participants must lose a minimum of two clothing sizes based on before-and-after measurements and photos.
If any of the rules are not adhered to, including missed sessions or incomplete documentation, participants will forfeit their money-back guarantee.
8. Success Reward:
- Participants who successfully complete the challenge will receive a certificate of accomplishment and have the opportunity to win exciting prizes.

9. Final Weigh-In and Assessment:
- At the conclusion of the six-week period, a final weigh-in, measurements, and photographs will be taken.
- Our fitness professionals will determine whether a participant has successfully completed the challenge and is eligible for a refund.
